OVER 185 YEARS OF RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IN EVERY DROP OF WATER

“Healthy water. Healthy Life.”

On average, 60% of the human body is water and it is vital to our health and well-being that we stay properly hydrated.

Doulton® provides its customers, whatever their situation, with top quality UK manufactured water filters that give them “better than bottled” quality water on tap.

“Refill not Landfill."

To anyone with an environmental conscience, it is better to refill a multi-use bottle in your own home than buy disposable bottles that have to be transported long distances and will later be thrown away.

A Doulton® ceramic filter cartridge lasts for up to 6 months and can filter up to 2,250 litres of water. That is a lot of single-use plastic bottles that have not ended up in landfill or polluted our oceans and landscape.

We are a family

Henry Doulton joined the family firm in 1835 at the age of 15. He was the most academic of the Doulton children and was set to become the principal driving force behind the future success of the Doulton® company.

Henry took a deep interest in the business and was constantly experimenting and testing new ideas.

One of his first innovations was to produce high-quality enamel glazes.

He went on to produce the sanitary appliances and drainage products which contributed to the company’s growth and fame.

Henry Doulton was knighted by Queen Victoria in her Golden Jubilee year of 1887. He was the first potter to achieve such a distinction.

A statue of Henry Doulton remains in Market Place, Burslem, Staffordshire today.

Water-borne diseases are, even today, a widespread danger to life and health, affecting people all over the globe.

The Doulton® range of gravity water filters remain a dependable and cost effect means of providing water filtration in locations with an unreliable supply of safe drinking water.
